Reservations and payment policy

T-Ski reservation system make you to reserve and order accommodation in all Slovakia, mainly in the High and Low Tatras. Choose the accommodation, for which you would like to mail your reservation or booking. T-SKI staff will mail you back it's offer & confirmation of reservation within two working days at the latest. Information, which you will provide us by order/ reservation form, is intended only for needs to provide particular service and it will not be provided to the third subject or otherwise commercial used.

Payment policy

If requested deposit to be received 30 days before arrival of group (10 and more people). T-SKI Travel requires full prepayment no later than 21 days to arrival of group (10 and more people) in order to avoid automatic cancellation of booking(s). Late payments may result in the automatic cancellation of arriving reservations. Passengers will not be accepted/ accommodated unless full payment has been received by T-SKI.

How to Pay

1. By credit card

After your obligatory reservation we will send you email message with reservation confirmation and with all informations how to realize the payment, including the link to the T-SKI payment page with possibility to pay online by your credit card. Online payment by credit card is powered by  VeriSign Secure Site  moja.TATRABANKA.sk. The data you enter on this page are protected by SSL protocol and they are available to Tatra bank only. Payment can be realised by VISA or EUROCARD/ MASTERCARD.

2. By bank transfer

If you are no credit card's holder there is an option to send the payment via bank transfer in foreign currency according to the actual exchange rate. After your obligatory reservation we will send you email message with reservation confirmation and with all informations how to realize the payment, including the link to the T-SKI payment page, where immediatelly after you decide about the payment procedure you will kindly asked to fill short form. Promtly we will send you the detailed instructions and e-invoice.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy

Due to administrative and bank costs, it has become necessary to charge applicable cancellation fees on scheduled tours.

The cancellation fees for groups up to 10 passengers:
30 days prior to arrival - 4 percent of tour price per person
16-29 days prior to arrival - 30 percent of tour price per person
15-7 days prior to arrival - 50 percent of tour price per person
3-6 days prior to arrival - 80 percent of tour price per person
1-2 days prior to arrival - 90 percent of tour price per person
No show - 100 percent of tour price per person. However cancellation of less than 10 percent of the number of passengers will not incur any cancellation on the day of arrival.

The cancellation fees for individual passengers (till 9 people)
11-21 days prior to arrival - 4 percent of tour price per person
10 days prior to arrival - 30 percent of tour price per person
3-10 days prior to arrival - 50 percent of tour price per person
2 days prior to arrival - 80 percent of tour price per person
No show - 90 percent of tour price per person

Responsibility

T-SKI welcome that all passengers be required to purchase comprehensive travel and medical insurance.

T-SKI welcome all responses. Any complaint should be made known immediately, so that corrective action may be taken. Disputes or claims against our suppliers must be reported at the time of the incident and then advised in writing to T-SKI within 20 days of completion of services.

All itineraries are subject to change with or without notice due to operational or climatic conditions.
